These hooves were made for walking.
Iris Scieferstein's Gun/Hoof shoes go beyond the looking glass and down the most surreal of rabbit holes. They would sit quite at home in 18, Stafford Terrace with the Sambourne's preserving their dead horse's hooves as curious ashtrays (not to mention the revolver Linley used to keep under the bed...).

This week I decided to do some thorough research into Linely Sambourne’s illustrations, to see if i could find more relevant designers and creatives. Thanks to Nasir Mazhar- the hottest hat designer in town at the moment-his work was able to make that link: his designs are a general mix of fashion history (particularly the baroque period) and sci-fi futurism. The Fairy Tale theme is really getting a grip to everyone: In Style, it has been alleged that Daisy Lowe, who will be turning 21 very soon, is set to throw a magical party on the theme of Fairy Tales. She says that she'll be dressed as a fairy princess. In the mean time, i'll be keeping a close eye to any pictures from her party that might be published in the papers.

Paris based photographers Rene & Radka have quite the penchant for a water baby. Thinking nothing of submerging the flame haired or throwing in a Junko Shimada lobster headpiece, they draw from classical paintings and 'cinema fantastique'. Perhaps the fish tank at the Sambourne's isn't empty after all.
